Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is a full-time remote role responsible for developing, managing, and expanding key partnerships that support Crypton Invest AG’s growth objectives. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential partners, leading negotiations, and structuring agreements that drive mutual value. The Vice President will oversee relationship management with strategic partners, coordinate joint initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall business and investment strategies. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with internal teams on partnership proposals, monitoring performance and KPIs, preparing executive-level reports, and refining partnership strategies based on market trends and stakeholder feedback. The position requires close coordination with leadership to prioritize opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain a consistent, high-quality partner experience.

Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and sustain long-term partner relationships. Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning to design, evaluate, and execute partnership strategies aligned with corporate goals. Demonstrated Business Planning capabilities, including financial modeling, forecasting, and assessing the commercial impact of partnership initiatives. Background in investment, fintech, or financial services, with the ability to understand complex products and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and external partners. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and drive projects from concept to implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. Comfort with data analysis, performance metrics, and CRM or partnership management tools to support decision-making and reporting.
