Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and driving the company’s long-term business strategy. This position oversees the development of comprehensive business plans, evaluates market trends, and identifies opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. Daily activities include conducting and reviewing market research, analyzing financial and operational data, and collaborating with senior leadership to set strategic priorities and performance targets. The role involves preparing strategic reports and presentations, leading cross-functional planning initiatives, and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, investment decisions, and project execution. The Vice President of Strategic Planning will also support stakeholder communications and provide strategic guidance to leadership on competitive positioning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to design, evaluate, and execute long-term growth initiatives. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, forecast trends, and support evidence-based decision-making. Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to assess project viability, manage budgets at a strategic level, and support investment and capital allocation decisions. Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with executive leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess proven leadership experience, preferably in real estate or related industries, with the ability to lead strategic projects and drive organizational change. Candidates should possess a strong educational background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous. Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
