Role Overview: The Vice President of Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction of Constellation Payments. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to identify market opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, evaluate strategic partnerships, and execute growth initiatives within the payments and fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the corporate strategic roadmap to support long-term business goals. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend forecasting within the payments sector. Evaluate and cross-functionally orchestrate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or market expansion opportunities. Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable business plans and measurable operational key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic presentations directly to executive board members. What We Are Looking For: Extensive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or business development, preferably within the payments, fintech, or financial services industries. Proven track record of driving corporate growth, market expansion, or leading cross-functional strategic programs. Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
