Vice President of Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Strategy at Cubo Digital is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision. This position leads strategic planning initiatives, evaluates new market opportunities, and aligns digital strategy with business and financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis, developing data-driven strategic recommendations, and partnering with senior leadership to prioritize and implement key initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring performance against strategic objectives. The Vice President of Strategy mentors team members, manages external consulting engagements when needed, and presents clear, actionable insights to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and transform insights into practical recommendations. Expertise in Strategic Planning and Digital Strategy, including experience developing and executing multi-year roadmaps. Background in Consulting and Finance, with demonstrated ability to evaluate business cases, models, and investment priorities. Proven senior leadership experience in a digital, technology, or marketing-focused organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing executive teams. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus. Experience with data visualization tools and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, OKRs, market segmentation) is beneficial.
