Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across RBI Group’s diverse business units. This position leads the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and processes to support growth, efficiency, and quality standards in construction, hospitality, agriculture, land development, and sports and leisure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, and providing guidance to operational leaders and teams. The role also involves overseeing project execution, supporting budget and P&L optimization, enhancing customer and stakeholder experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The Vice President Operations collaborates closely with executive leadership to align operations with the organization’s broader strategic objectives and long-term vision.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, overseeing multi-site or multi-business-unit organizations. Strong P&L Management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance optimization. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with a track record of developing and executing long-term operational strategies. Advanced Project Management skills, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience enhancing client, guest, or stakeholder satisfaction. Proven leadership experience managing senior managers and diverse teams in a remote or distributed environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strength in executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
