Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across RBI Group’s diverse business units. This position leads the design and execution of operational strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective use of resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, managing P&L outcomes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and driving process improvements. The role collaborates with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, enhance customer service standards, and ensure consistent operational excellence across all sectors. This leader is also accountable for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee complex, multi-site activities and initiatives. Proven experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to drive profitability, allocate resources effectively, and support long-term growth. Strong focus on Customer Service, with the ability to design and uphold service standards across hospitality, construction, and other sectors. Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, coaching managers, and building a high-performance, inclusive culture. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data and KPIs for operational decisions. Clear and confident communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
