Vice President of Operations Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Operations Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee business operations, improve efficiency, and support the company’s growth. This role works closely with senior leadership to manage operational performance, allocate resources, and ensure teams meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Establish performance metrics and monitor operational results. Manage budgets, resources, and cost-control initiatives. Lead and develop department managers and operational teams. Coordinate with sales, finance, human resources, and other departments. Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in operations or business management, including leadership responsibilities. Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with process improvement, operational planning, and performance reporting.
