Vice President Operations Services
Role Description The Vice President Operations Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of SM Lifestyle Inc. – Arena Group’s brands and services. This role manages end-to-end operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring service standards across entertainment and lifestyle facilities to ensure a consistent guest experience. The Vice President leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with finance and commercial units on budgets and cost efficiencies, and drives process improvements to support growth and expansion initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting operational KPIs, reviewing performance reports, resolving escalated operational issues, and aligning operations strategies with the company’s vision and mission. The role also contributes to long-term strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to maintain operational excellence and sustainable business results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Team Management skills to lead large, diverse teams and oversee complex, multi-site operations. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning capabilities to interpret data, define priorities, and shape long-term operational strategies. Candidates should possess Finance and business acumen skills to manage budgets, optimize costs, and support revenue and profitability targets. Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership. Extensive experience in operations leadership roles within hospitality, entertainment, retail, or related industries is highly beneficial. Proven track record in process improvement, service quality enhancement, and implementation of operational best practices is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to manage teams, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
