Vice President Operations Services

Role Description The Vice President Operations Services at Kerniva is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing core operational functions, ensuring service excellence, and driving efficiency across the organization. This role leads cross-functional teams to optimize processes, establish performance metrics, and implement best practices in service delivery. The Vice President will collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company strategy, manage budgets, and support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, managing key vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role also involves mentoring and developing team members, leading strategic initiatives, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including experience optimizing processes, systems, and service delivery. Proven Team Management capabilities, with a track record of leading, developing, and motivating diverse, distributed teams. Solid Finance knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control in an operational context. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions. Demonstrated Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational goals and aligning initiatives with organizational objectives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels. Experience in senior operations or service leadership roles, preferably in a remote or multi-location environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial. Comfort with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and performance management systems. Proven ability to manage change, drive continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
