Vice President Operations Services

Role Description The Vice President Operations Services is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the operational strategy and execution across Mindspire Intellect Gallery. This role manages daily operations, ensuring processes, systems, and workflows support the organization’s content, research, and analytical initiatives. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation, and manage budgets and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing vendor and partner relationships. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, developing operational policies, and ensuring that the organization’s services are delivered consistently, reliably, and in support of long-term growth.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance measurement. Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making across operational initiatives. Demonstrated Finance expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of operational activities. Effective Team Management abilities, including leading remote teams, coaching, and fostering collaboration. Experience in Strategic Planning, with a track record of developing and executing long-term operational roadmaps. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across creative and analytical functions. Background in media, entertainment, cultural analysis, or a related field is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred. Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
