Responsibilities
- Support clients through phone, email, and communication platforms
- Assist with routine account updates, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Ensure account records are accurate and properly maintained
- Monitor assigned tasks and help meet deadlines

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or client account support experience is helpful
