Virtual Corporate Health Talk Specialist
We are actively seeking passionate, educated, and experienced individuals to join our Virtual Health Talk Specialist Team. This position involves outlining your presentation, creating a slidedeck, and hosting a live, 30–45-minute virtual health talk followed by a Q&A session for corporate groups. We're particularly looking for a candidate with a holistic approach that can speak to many pillars of well-being. For example, leading the topic "Loneliness Epidemic/Tips for Sustaining Meaningful Relationships" and including a five-minute mindfulness session. Topics and Examples:
- Mental/emotional well-being - Burnout prevention, Optimize Your Sleep
- Physical well-being - Yoga for Pain Management, Exercise for Busy Bodies
- Nutritional well-being - Same Dishes, Healthier Swaps, Unraveling Food Labels
- Environmental well-being - Ergonomics 101, Sustainable Living Practices
- Social well-being - Coping with Social Anxiety, The Power of Connection
- Financial well-being
Location: Virtual Salary: From $150.00 per session Position Type: Contract Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, unique, & informative presentations virtually.
- Research, outline, develop, and present a slidedeck requested topic.
- Engage with participants throughout live sessions, leading discussions, answering questions, providing encouragement.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive virtual environment for all participants.
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance, demeanor, and virtual workspace.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in public speaking, webinar hosting, or virtual event facilitation.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles (employee well-being and corporate well-being preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Heath Science, Nutritional Science, Public Health, Communications, or closely related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and multimedia presentation tools.
