Overview

Mind Body Soul Marriage and Family Therapy PLLC is a growing fully virtual private practice serving clients across New York State. We are seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to join our team as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Limited Permit Marriage and Family Therapist (LP-MFT). This is a great opportunity for therapists who want the flexibility of private practice without the burden of administrative work. Our practice handles marketing, referrals, and billing so clinicians can focus on providing high-quality care. You will empower individuals and couples to overcome challenges, improve relationships, and foster healthier lives through innovative therapeutic approaches. Responsibilities

Deliver individual, and couple telehealth therapy sessions utilizing systemic modalities. Implement crisis intervention strategies and trauma informed care with professionalism and sensitivity. Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Deliver ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care Participate in supervision or consultation as needed or required

Requirements

Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a limited permit MFT in the state of New York working toward licensure. Strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide telehealth therapy (computer/laptop, strong internet access)

Preferred Qualifications

Training or experience with trauma-informed care Experience working with couples who have experienced trauma (highly valued)

Compensation

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): $65 per clinical session hour (1099 Independent Contractor). Annual earning potential $67K–$101K depending on caseload Limited Permit Marriage and Family Therapist (LP-MFT): $42 per clinical session hour (W2 Employee). Annual earning potential $43K–$65K depending on caseload What We Provide Mind Body Soul Marriage and Family Therapy PLLC handles many of the administrative responsibilities so clinicians can focus on providing quality care. Clinicians receive: Credentialing with insurance panels (for licensed therapists) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system access Billing and insurance claims management Marketing and client referrals provided by the practice Company email address Flexible scheduling Clinical support and collaboration Supervision & Consultation Limited Permit MFTs receive weekly clinical supervision. Licensed therapists may participate in consultation meetings as needed.
