Virtual Program Specialist / Admissions Consultant bilingual
Position Overview 3D Lash & Brow Academy is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Virtual Program Specialist to guide prospective students through the consultation and enrollment process. This remote position is responsible for conducting phone and Zoom consultations, building relationships with prospective students, overcoming objections, explaining programs and financing options, and helping students confidently move toward enrollment. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, persuasive, coachable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on growth, impact, and student success. Core Responsibilities – Student Consultations
- Conduct phone and Zoom consultations with prospective students
- Build rapport and create an exciting, welcoming experience
- Identify student goals and recommend the best program fit
- Explain program structure, schedules, pricing, and career opportunities
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from consultation to registration
Sales & Enrollment
- Collaborate with the enrollment team to support prospective students through the admissions process
- Overcome objections professionally and confidently during consultations
- Maintain urgency and momentum with prospective students
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
- Assist students with understanding payment plans and financing options
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive enrollment experience
CRM & Communication
- Document all communication in CRM systems
- Maintain organized lead and consultation tracking
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with admissions and administrative teams
- Attend accountability and enrollment meetings virtually
Brand Representation
- Represent 3D Lash & Brow professionally at all times
- Maintain positive energy and enthusiasm
- Support social media, virtual open houses, and community outreach events as needed
- Help create an elevated and exciting student experience
Daily Expectations
- Timely response to prospective student communication
