Description $300-330 daily fee. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Monday to Friday assignments. The Role - This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. - Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process. - As a Fullmind School Counselor, you will: - Deliver virtual school counselor services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth - Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports - Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations - Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require when required - Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress - Promptly notify campus and district contacts when a student misses a session, and immediately notify them of threats or safety concerns. Requirements - Must have an active Arizona School Counselor certificate. - Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held - Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and virtual delivery in a school/IEP context - Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace. - Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families - Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits - This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits. - Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement. - Ready to bring your expertise to students who need it?
