Virtual School Social Worker in MI

A contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Ann Arbor, MI. This role focuses on providing essential mental health support and counseling to students through virtual platforms, facilitating access to care regardless of physical location. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services via telehealth to address students' emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality and professional standards.
• Participate in virtual meetings and consultations to coordinate care and support services.

Preferred Qualifications:
