Key Responsibilities
Execute VMware VM-to-VM migrations across virtualized environments. Utilize VMware HCX for migration planning and execution. Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments. Plan and execute enterprise-level migrations with minimal downtime. Assess existing infrastructure and develop effective migration strategies. Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity and application availability. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, storage, and application teams. Follow migration best practices, change management procedures, and rollback plans. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with VMware VM-to-VM migration. Expertise in VMware HCX. Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere. Proven experience with enterprise-level migration projects.
