We have reached a plateau where revenue is not keeping pace with program growth, and we need a clear recovery plan that allows us to protect our prime initiatives. The consultant will deliver a written budget recovery plan that identifies recommended financial adjustments and revenue-focused options to restore fiscal balance while preserving our prime initiatives. We are looking for a volunteer with Financial Management expertise to develop this plan.
