Role Description The VP of Ecosystem is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing MMK’s ecosystem strategy across partners, platforms, and communities. This role oversees relationship management with key partners, identifies new ecosystem opportunities, and ensures alignment between product, marketing, sales, and operations. Day-to-day activities include setting ecosystem priorities, negotiating strategic agreements, developing joint go-to-market plans, and monitoring performance metrics and partner satisfaction. The VP of Ecosystem will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions, enhance customer value, and drive revenue growth through ecosystem initiatives. This individual will also lead a small team, establish best practices for ecosystem governance, and regularly report progress and insights to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership and ecosystem management skills, including experience building and scaling partner networks, platforms, or multi-sided marketplaces. Business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills to establish and maintain high-impact partnerships and collaborations. Cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams. Data-driven decision-making skills, including familiarity with performance metrics, financial modeling, and market analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate ecosystem vision, influence stakeholders, and represent MMK externally. Experience leading and developing diverse, distributed teams in a remote or hybrid environment. Background in technology, platform businesses, or innovation-focused organizations is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
