VP of Marketing

Role Description The VP of Marketing at SK Digital World is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading overall marketing strategy and execution across digital channels. This role will oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. The VP of Marketing will collaborate closely with leadership to define target markets, refine service offerings, and develop integrated marketing plans for social media, SEO, and design services. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing calendars, guiding content and promotional strategies, analyzing campaign data, optimizing marketing efforts, and supporting client acquisition and retention initiatives. The role also involves representing the brand externally, maintaining consistent messaging, and identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and oversee cohesive marketing strategies. Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes and apply insights to campaigns. Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to manage brand reputation, external communications, and stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and SEO, preferably in a services or agency environment. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to set vision, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with comfort working independently in a remote setting. Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is highly valued. Experience working with global clients and online platforms (e.g., Upwork or similar) is an advantage.
