VP of Operations

Role Description The VP of Operations at LG Business Colombia will oversee core operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, strong financial performance, and high-quality customer experiences. This part-time, remote role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, optimizing workflows, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic objectives. The VP of Operations will review and manage P&L performance, monitor key operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement across teams and projects. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan and execute strategic priorities, support major projects, and address operational risks. The VP of Operations will also provide guidance to customer-facing teams to ensure service standards, operational compliance, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, with experience designing, optimizing, and overseeing business processes. Proven P&L Management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Customer Service leadership experience, with the ability to uphold service quality and improve customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning expertise, including setting operational priorities and aligning initiatives with organizational goals. Project Management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Experience in senior operations or leadership roles, preferably within multinational or technology-oriented organizations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead remote teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, with comfort working in an international business environment.
