VP of Operations

Role Description The VP of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and driving process improvements across the organization. This position leads operational planning, implements scalable frameworks, and ensures alignment between business strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, optimizing workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring operational compliance with internal standards and external requirements. The VP of Operations partners closely with executive leadership on budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, while also supporting customer-facing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The role involves mentoring operational staff, establishing best practices, and continuously identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives and streamline processes. Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management and strategic financial oversight to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to support client-focused operations and maintain high satisfaction levels. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans. Demonstrated leadership experience in operations or related fields, ideally at a senior level. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in using data and metrics for decision making. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with executive leadership and remote, cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial. Experience in international or multi-country operations, particularly within Latin America, is an advantage.
