Service offerings are organized into Capital Raising Advisory Services, General Business Consulting, and Start-up Advisory Services, providing clients with end-to-end support throughout their growth journey. Role Description The VP of Technology Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the firm’s technology vision to support advisory services and internal operations. This role oversees technology roadmaps, evaluates and selects systems and tools, and ensures alignment between IT investments and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic technology planning, managing technology-related projects, and collaborating with advisory, consulting, and leadership teams to optimize data, analytics, and digital workflows. The VP will also assess emerging technologies, develop implementation plans, manage vendor relationships, and establish governance standards for security, scalability, and compliance. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders and ongoing improvement of technology-enabled services for both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex business, financial, and technology data and make informed strategic recommendations. Proficiency in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and digital tools relevant to financial advisory and consulting environments. Experience in IT Strategy, including developing technology roadmaps, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and prioritizing investments. Proven Project Management capabilities for planning, executing, and delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope. Demonstrated Strategic Planning skills, including long-term technology visioning, resource planning, and risk management. Background in financial services, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or related sectors is highly beneficial. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications) are a plus.
