Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for our Multi-shift operation in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, manage inventory levels, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and supervise a team of warehouse associates. Additional Information: Full-time | Monday–Friday $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary DOE + 10% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices. Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping. Implement and maintain warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Optimize warehouse layouts to ensure efficient space utilization. Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
