Job Title: Web Developer Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Key Responsibilities: Write production-ready code and participate in regular code reviews. Collaborate with teammates and receive constructive feedback on all development tasks. Attend daily stand-ups and weekly 1:1s with your manager for mentoring and alignment. Participate in team discussions to contribute ideas and feedback for product improvement. Manage development work using GitHub : branching, committing, and peer code reviews. Follow Agile and SAFe methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle. Embrace continuous learning while delivering quality, maintainable software.
