- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success We are looking for
- Experience in account management, client growth, or sales roles is a plus but not required
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred What we offer
