Windows Server Administrator

Hands-on and operationally focused, the full-time Windows Server Administrator will manage the day-to-day health, patching, and lifecycle of the Windows Server environment, ensuring security and compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the enterprise server patching program using NinjaOne RMM, including defining schedules and tracking compliance Administer Windows Server environments across various versions, managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting issues Build and maintain virtual machines on VMware vSphere, optimizing resource allocation and managing VM lifecycles Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in server administration or IT infrastructure operations Demonstrated experience with NinjaOne RMM for patch deployment and monitoring Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and server role management Experience building and managing virtual machines on VMware vSphere Experience: 3 years required
