Responsibilities
Provide go-live and production support for a major Workday Accounting Center implementation targeted for February 1. Support and optimize 3 4 large Workday Accounting Center integrations as they transition into production. Review existing Workday Accounting Center architecture, configurations, and integration designs. Lead discovery, design, and planning for upcoming Accounting Center integrations and enhancements. Collaborate with source-system teams to understand data structures, accounting mappings, and integration dependencies. Troubleshoot complex financial integrations, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, finance leadership, business stakeholders, and internal customers. Lead stakeholder discussions, communicate project risks, track dependencies, and drive deliverables to completion. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, data quality, and automation within Workday. Must Haves Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Accounting Center, including implementation, integrations, and production support. Techno-functional experience combining Workday financial accounting knowledge with technical integration capabilities. Experience designing, reviewing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex Accounting Center integrations. Strong understanding of financial data flows, source-system integration, accounting mappings, and reconciliation processes. Experience supporting enterprise Workday implementations, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization. Ability to independently lead technical discussions, integration discovery, and solution design. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including direct communication with finance leadership and technical teams. Proactive, ownership-driven personality with the ability to take charge and drive critical project deliverables. Nice to Haves Experience with multiple large-scale Workday Accounting Center integrations. Experience optimizing accounting processes and financial data automation. Background supporting complex enterprise financial transformation programs. Experience leading integration architecture reviews and planning future Accounting Center enhancements.
