Workday Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Business Analyst - Remote for a contract position with our client. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. This role will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, the Program Manager, and implementation partners to facilitate workshops, document requirements, guide solution decisions, and ensure alignment between business needs and Workday functionality. The position requires availability during Central and Mountain time zones. Responsibilities: - Facilitate business requirements, process discovery, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and implementation partners - Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, decision points, and organizational impacts using process modeling tools such as Lucid Suite - Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, evaluate alternatives, and facilitate design decisions across functional domains Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday implementation projects - Ability to partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation partners - Experience facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and process discovery - Strong skills in documenting business processes, workflows, and solution designs Pay range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
