A media organization in the Tristate Area is seeking a Workday Payroll Program Manager to lead a large-scale payroll transformation and Workday Payroll implementation. About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of a large-scale SAP HCM to Workday Payroll transformation program
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans
- Establish governance structures, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Oversee payroll process transformation, Workday Payroll implementation, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization activities
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Technology, PMO, and implementation teams to ensure delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and go-live readiness
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of program management experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- 5+ years leading Workday, Payroll, HRIS, or HCM transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience leading a Workday Payroll implementation through testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations, processing, controls, compliance, integrations, and reporting
- Experience with enterprise HCM and payroll platforms, including Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and SAP HCM or SAP ECC HR
- Experience leading complex payroll data conversion and reconciliation activities
- Demonstrated experience leading payroll parallel testing and resolving payroll discrepancies and defects prior to go-live
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets, multi-vendor environments, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience serving as the accountable program leader for complex transformation initiatives
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
- PMP, PgMP, Workday, or related certifications
- Experience transitioning from SAP HCM or SAP ECC HR to Workday HCM and Workday Payroll
- Experience within media, entertainment, broadcasting, streaming, or digital media organizations
- Experience supporting large and complex employee populations with sophisticated payroll requirements
- Strong understanding of payroll controls, audit requirements, regulatory compliance, and payroll accounting
- Experience managing Workday and third-party payroll integrations
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation programs
