Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant to support a fast-paced implementation focused on configuring and deploying time tracking solutions for multiple union groups. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking, strong business analysis skills, and a proven track record of gathering requirements and translating complex union agreements into scalable Workday configurations.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, payroll, HR, and union representatives. Analyze collective bargaining agreements and translate requirements into Workday Time Tracking configurations. Configure and test Workday Time Tracking, including time entry, calculations, validations, eligibility rules, shifts, premiums, and exception handling. Support multiple union implementations with varying business rules and pay practices. Partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate downstream processing. Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve configuration issues. Provide clear documentation, status updates, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workday Time Tracking. Experience supporting unionized workforces and interpreting collective bargaining agreements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and independently drive solutions. Experience working in fast-paced implementation environments with aggressive timelines. Knowledge of Workday Payroll integrations and time-related business processes is preferred.
