Workforce Compliance Contractor
Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do We’re seeking a Workforce Compliance Contractor to support client engagements from planning through delivery. This role includes regulatory impact assessments, compliance gap analyses, and the design of practical compliance operating models, along with workplan coordination, budget tracking, quality assurance, and team coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate engagement planning and delivery, including workplans, milestones, budgets, and quality reviews. Conduct regulatory impact assessments and workforce compliance gap analyses. Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures, and controls. Design and support implementation of workforce compliance operating models. Communicate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Coach and support junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 6+ years of experience in workforce compliance, HR consulting, or HR operations. Experience coordinating client workstreams or engagements. Ability to translate regulations into actionable policies and controls. Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $80 -$90 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
