Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with various departments to understand their workforce needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Create and manage staffing schedules, considering factors such as employee availability, skills, and workload. Monitor and track workforce productivity and make adjustments as needed to meet performance targets. Lead and mentor a team of workforce management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in workforce management and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support workforce management initiatives. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate workforce management strategies and updates to management and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and present findings to management. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management. Collaborate with HR to develop training programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge in workforce management. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in workforce management practices.
