X1 Cable TV Device Testing Opportunity for Active Subscribers [Canada, United States of America]

We are looking for testers in the United States and Canada who have specific X1 set-top box models and an active subscription with an eligible cable TV provider.

This project focuses on validating new features on X1 set-top boxes through functional testing. These devices are cable TV boxes that support DVR and similar TV functions.

Selected testers will be asked to complete functional tests on their devices to help verify that the new features work as expected.

Who We're Looking For

• United States: Testers with an active Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum/Cox TV subscription.

• Canada: Testers with an active Rogers/Shaw TV subscription.

• Must have access to one of the supported X1 set-top box models.

• Must be available to complete approximately 90–120 minutes of testing.

• Arris: XG1v3 (AX013AN), XG1v1 (MX011AN)

• Samsung: XG2v2 (SX022AN)

What You'll Do

As part of this project, selected testers will perform functional testing of new features on their X1 set-top boxes. The objective is to help confirm that these features work as expected across the supported devices.

Testing is expected to take approximately 90–120 minutes.

You may be asked to provide a photo of your device model number to verify eligibility. Any information collected will be kept secure and used for testing purposes only.
