We also run free Bootcamps, mentorship and a large Discord community that helps people get their first results. We're building the Glitchy YouTube channel into the main place people learn about performance marketing, see real member stories, and decide to join. That's where you come in. The role You'll own the Glitchy YouTube channel end to end: ideas, scripts, filming, editing direction, thumbnails, titles and publishing. You'll work closely with our team. What you'll do Plan and publish 1–2 long-form videos and 3–5 Shorts a week Turn our media buying team's knowledge into practical, easy-to-follow tutorials Write scripts and hooks that hold attention in the first 30 seconds Own thumbnails and titles, and test them Track click-through rate, retention, watch time, subscribers and sign-ups from YouTube, and use the numbers to decide what to make next What we're looking for 1+ years producing YouTube content for a channel that grew while you ran it (please share the numbers) A strong grasp of retention and packaging: why one video gets 5% click-through and another gets 12% Strong scripting and storytelling skills Comfortable filming and directing on-camera talent Hands-on with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus Photoshop, Figma or Canva for thumbnails Independent, reliable and deadline-driven Fluent in English Nice to have Experience with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, business or finance-education content Knowledge of YouTube's advertiser-friendly guidelines for "make money online" topics Experience growing a channel from under 10K to 100K+ subscribers How we'll measure success Consistent weekly publishing Month-over-month growth in views, watch time, and subscribers Click-through rate and average view duration above the channel's baseline Sign-ups to Glitchy that come from YouTube, the number that matters most What you get Competitive salary plus a performance bonus tied to channel growth and sign-ups Fully remote with flexible hours Budget for equipment, editors and travel for case-study shoots Direct access to the whole Glitchy team and real creative freedom How to apply In your application, please include: Links to 3 videos you produced Your channel growth numbers
