Account Manager
Company Description
Packaging shouldn’t be the thing holding your product back. At Vert, we make it the easy part. Vert is an all-in-one packaging platform built for brands that move fast and plan to grow. Pouches, folding cartons, labels, containers: if it holds, protects, or sells your product, we’ve got it covered. Our hybrid supply chain gives customers the best of both worlds. Domestic production, including our own manufacturing facility in Longmont, Colorado, delivers quick turns and real flexibility. Import manufacturing keeps margins healthy when volumes scale up. We don’t just fill orders. We partner with brands to build packaging that fits where they are today and where they’re headed next. The Role: Account Manager You’re the person our customers can’t stop talking about, in a good way. As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of brands and be their go-to guide from first quote to final delivery. You’ll learn their business, anticipate what they need before they ask, and match each project to the right production path, whether that’s a rush domestic run or a cost-optimized import order. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lancaster, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. What you’ll do: Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, keeping service fast, responsive, and reliable Prepare quotes and manage orders from start to finish Work with production, logistics, operations, and supply chain teams to keep projects on schedule Solve delivery, quality, and pricing issues before they turn into headaches Track performance metrics and spot opportunities to grow existing accounts Support new business by building strong, lasting relationships Keep CRM and related systems accurate, and keep stakeholders updated If you like fast-moving work, building real relationships, and seeing your customers’ products on store shelves, you’ll fit right in.
