Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical billing clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, responsive communication

Billing & Dispute Resolution

• Manage client billing accounts and address issues as they arise
• reputed company disputes related to claims, applying IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) knowledge where relevant

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing required
