About the Opportunity: The ACCOUNTANT role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting activities that contribute to the production of accurate financial statements. This position plays a critical part in ensuring financial data integrity and timely reporting, supporting operational departments for appropriate revenue recognition, and identifying process improvements. The role’s impact extends across the organization by collaborating with multiple teams to achieve company-wide financial and operational goals. Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries, financial result analysis, and financial reporting narratives Partner with operational departments to ensure effective contract processing and revenue recognition Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts within assigned responsibilities Collaborate with accounting and other departments to implement changes and complete special projects Identify opportunities for process automation, consolidation, or reengineering Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including general ledger accounting in a large multi-site corporate environment High proficiency in Excel Analytical, self-motivated team player Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work Preferred qualifications include Master’s degree, CPA certification, experience in timeshare, real estate development, property management or hospitality accounting, public accounting experience, and Oracle accounting software familiarity Pay Range and Compensation Package: Hourly range: $35 to $40.85 per hour Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance from day one 401(k) plan with company match Life insurance and company stock purchase program Generous paid time off and paid sick days Discount travel programs and recognition initiatives Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
