Accounts Receivable Clerk

What the work looks like Prepare invoices when a project phase is approved Apply incoming payments, including international wires, to open invoices Follow up on overdue invoices by email and phone Reconcile the receivables ledger with the bank each week Prepare the monthly aging report for the finance lead Answer client questions about invoices and payment details Experience Some experience in accounts receivable, billing or collections, internships included Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite.
