Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist Geeks Who Drink Location: Florida / New Mexico – 100% REMOTE Start Date: Immediate Geeks Who Drink is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, permanent position available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and experience managing a high volume of customer transactions. Key responsibilities include Creating and maintaining recurring sales transactions Generating and processing invoices Reprocessing failed payment transactions Reconciling AR accounts Applying customer payments Monitoring aging reports Collecting outstanding balances Proactively following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely cash collection The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage a large and diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment.
