Acquisition Assistant (AA) — Motivated Sellers Call YOU

Location: Melbourne / Brevard County, FL — work from home, with occasional local property walk-throughs Type: Independent Contractor — Commission / Per-Contract Pay: $1,000 – $2,500* per executed Seller Contract (A-to-B) Bonus Structure: $3,000 bonus for every 5 executed Seller Contracts — no cap, for as long as you're with us — plus an additional $18,000 bonus when you reach 20 executed Seller Contracts Earning Potential: Part-time hours, full-time potential: about $50,000 over your first 20 executed Seller Contracts (roughly 10 months at 2 a month), paid as 1099 independent-contractor income. That's about $89 an hour, even counting all of the up to 14 hours a week you're available (see example below). Performance-based, with no cap on what you can earn Hours: Part-time, with no 9-to-5. The hardest, most discouraging part of acquisitions — finding owners, chasing phone numbers, cold-calling, and knocking on doors — is now handled by our digital systems: Leads near home. You choose your Farm Area — the ZIP codes you're willing to drive — and leads are assigned to the AA who lives closest. The outreach is done for you. Voicemails, texts, and emails go out in your name and voice to a batch of sellers every few days, with owner contact information already provided. Sellers call you. You spend your time talking with motivated owners who responded — For Sale By Owner sellers and owners of vacant properties. You drive only when it counts. Property walk-throughs happen once a seller is interested. You're fully equipped. About the Role

We're a growing US real estate investment company looking for a driven, people-first Acquisition Assistant in Melbourne / Brevard County, FL. This is a substantial income opportunity on part-time hours, with earning potential of about $50,000 over your first 20 executed Seller Contracts (roughly 10 months), plus a clear growth path into an Acquisition Assistant Manager role, or to build your own AA team. You'll be the voice sellers talk to — building trust, understanding their situation, and negotiating fair A-to-B deals that work for everyone. You'll work leads across houses, vacant land, and commercial property, with the option to pass on any lead outside your comfort zone — and REEB and REWN Mentor oversight and assistance on every deal you take on.

What You'll Do

Record your personal voicemail messages (we provide the scripts) for our automated outreach Answer and promptly return inbound calls and texts from motivated sellers Use our call-back script to learn the property, the seller's motivation, and their timeline Visit properties for walk-throughs with interested sellers Evaluate deals for profitability and fit with our buying criteria (tools and training provided) Negotiate deal terms directly with sellers and get properties under A-to-B contract Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward Keep your lead sheet updated and report pipeline activity to the Acquisition Manager Occasionally take on assigned property-inspection, contract-negotiation, or post-contract access/lockbox tasks for extra, task-based pay At your own initiative, refer real estate investors to REEB's funding partner for a 1% funding-referral commission on any loan that closes
