Job Overview We are seeking a kind and motivated Agency Producer to join our team and drive growth through outside sales and client relationship building. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating policies, and providing exceptional customer service across various insurance products. Duties Generate new business from service and marketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and excellent customer service Maintain actice P&C license in Tx. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with insurance regulations Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details Provide ongoing client support by assisting with renewal procedures, claims processing, and policy updates Stay informed on industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge to deliver expert advice

Requirements

Insurance Experience Texas General Lines P&C license Bilingual or multilingual capacities preferred Knowledge of insurance products including life, property casualty, and commercial lines Great work ethics Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively Join us as an Agency Producer where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
