Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)
Content Rewards runs clipping campaigns for brands. A brand funds a campaign, thousands of creators post short clips about it, and the brand pays only for real views. We are a small US company with a remote team of about 40 people. We are hiring an Appointment Setter to start conversations with brands and book them onto our sales team's calendar. ROLE DETAILS Full-time, fully remote, long-term. Pay: base pay plus commission on every booked call that takes place, plus potential equity. You work US Eastern business hours. You report to our growth team lead and book calls for our Account Executives. Shortlisted candidates first send a short camera-on Loom introducing themselves, then have a call with us. WHAT YOU'LL DO Find brands, agencies and founders who would benefit from a clipping campaign, using X, Instagram, LinkedIn and email. Write short, personal first messages. No copy-paste templates, no spam. Reply quickly and naturally, answer basic questions about how campaigns work, and qualify whether the brand is a fit. Book qualified brands onto an Account Executive's calendar and make sure they show up. Follow up on no-shows and quiet leads until you get a yes or a clear no. Log every conversation and booking in our CRM. Hit a weekly target for booked calls that actually take place. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR At least 1 year of appointment setting, SDR or DM setting work, with numbers you can tell us about (messages sent, reply rate, calls booked, show rate). You write the way people talk: short, warm and specific to the person. Comfortable with rejection and with a lot of outreach every day. Clear written and spoken English. Organised: every lead has a status and a next step. Clear written and spoken English. Organised: every lead has a status and a next step. Experience with creators, UGC, influencer marketing or agencies is a plus. HOW TO APPLY Apply with LinkedIn Easy Apply and attach your CV. We read every application. If you are shortlisted, we will ask you for a short Loom video with your camera on, introducing yourself.
