As an Appointment Setter, you keep that rhythm consistent every day. Your core responsibilities include: Contacting prospective clients by phone to introduce the AIS team and schedule appointments with licensed agents Confirming upcoming appointments and following up with prospects who did not connect on a previous attempt Maintaining accurate, organized records in the CRM so licensed agents have the context they need before each call Routing questions about coverage, products or enrollment to the licensed agents responsible for those conversations Completing required training and support activities, with a clear path to licensed agent responsibilities after you obtain your license No prior insurance experience is required.
