Train directly under a highly ranked plaintiff-side employment litigator ( Super Lawyers–recognized , ex–Latham) in a hands-on boutique where attorneys get early responsibility on trial-driven cases. Results-driven shop with a track record of meaningful outcomes (multiple 7-figure settlements/verdicts listed publicly). Trial-forward mindset: matters are staffed and prepared with the expectation they may go the distance (strong training ground vs being siloed). Small team = faster growth : close partner access, direct feedback loop, and earlier responsibility than most larger platforms.
