Compensation
Package: Clinical rates: $33-$38/hr (based on accumulated hours) Administrative work: $25/hr with a 1:5 ratio to billable hours PAID supervision Benefits (Upon Full-Time Qualification): Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (employer contributions) PTO, paid holidays, and continuing education support Professional development Additional Benefits: 401(k) with up to 6% match (available after 12 months of service) Outstanding Work-Life Balance: 33-hour work week vs. industry standard 45-50+ hours Self-directed, flexible schedule Structured support during the 6-month ramp-up period Position Overview Provide individual, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions. Preferred Schedule Mondays to Fridays: Days and evening; Weekend hours 6-Month Pathway to Full-Time (Billable Hours): Month 1: 20-30 hours | Month 2: 45-55 hours | Month 3: 55-65 hours Month 4: 70-85 hours | Month 5: 85-100 hours | Month 6: 100+ hours Qualify for full-time benefits with 100+ hours for 2 consecutive months Requirements: Education: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field License/Certification: Current associate registration with CA BBS (APCC, AMFT, or ACSW) First Registration Only: Must be working under your first associate registration number (those with subsequent registration numbers are not eligible for private practice employment) Location: Must be a California resident Commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices Preferred (Not Required): Experience with veterans/military populations Availability for evening and weekend hours Veterans
