Associate Project Manager - S

As an Associate Project Manager, Peer-to-Peer Community, you will help support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network, a key component of our Scalable Support strategy. In this role, you will partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams to help ensure associates and tax professionals can quickly find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge with one another. You will help coordinate community activities, monitor engagement, support operational processes, and identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping large groups of people succeed through collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ years project coordination, program support, community management, or customer support experience; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
