[Remote] Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & GTM (US Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AudioCodes is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for its North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market functions. The role partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, supports candidates through interviews, and manages recruiting data and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies

Skills

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage
• Preferably ADP
