Corporate/Contract Attorney (Remote) Location: Remote License Requirement: Georgia Bar License Required Experience: 3–7+ years Corporate Law Experience Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate/Contract Attorney to provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate and contractual matters for healthcare professionals, including dentists, physicians, and veterinarians. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate law, contract drafting, negotiation, and healthcare-related legal matters. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate: Mergers & Acquisitions agreements Commercial leases Employment agreements Construction contracts Other business contracts Provide guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Conduct legal research related to healthcare and corporate law. Advise clients on complex legal issues and business strategies. Communicate legal concepts clearly to business and non-legal stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3–7+ years of corporate law experience (healthcare experience preferred). Active Georgia Bar License required. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Ability to manage multiple legal projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
