Work on sophisticated commercial dispute strategy. Prepare high-quality written advocacy materials. Support a trial-ready defense litigation practice. Collaborate closely with partners and teams. REQUIREMENTS 3-8 years of litigation experience. Active California Bar, in good standing. Experience in complex commercial disputes. Strong academics; writing sample required. Preferred: Trial, arbitration or motion practice experience. SALARY AND BENEFITS Base salary from $115,000 to $185,000, depending on experience and background.
